If you do not have a loading dock or a fork lift you will need to order liftgate service at an additional charge of $90 for commercial addresses and $150 for residential addresses; this is done at the time of purchase.

Additional charges may arise if there is no one to receive the merchandise at the time of delivery. Supplementary charges from any freight company due to redelivery, will be the responsibility of the end user.

If merchandise is refused at time of delivery, with the exception of damaged goods, the buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping and handling charges.
